Satisfaction Guarantee, Returns, and Refunds
House of Man wants you to be completely satisfied with your experience. We’ve made returning or exchanging products straightforward. If you are dissatisfied with any of our products, you may return or exchange the unused portion within thirty (30) days from the date of delivery for a refund:
- Total refund amount will be the order amount minus the original shipping cost, and will include a return shipping and processing fee of $9.95.
- Only the product cost is valid for refund.
- To receive a refund, you must return any unused portion of the product, and it must be received within thirty (30) days of the original delivery date.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping/processing fees will be deducted from your refund.
Return Terms & Conditions
- To initiate a return or exchange, contact us via email at client-services@house-of-man.shop or by phone at +1-844-873-9051.
- You will be provided with return instructions and a return shipping address.
- We cannot process or refund packages marked “Return to Sender.”
- Refunds are issued to the same payment method used during the purchase.
- Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

- We are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages. We recommend using a trackable shipping service with delivery confirmation.
To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once your return is received by our shipping department, please allow 5–10 business days for your refund to be processed. Depending on your financial institution, it may take up to 30 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company—processing delays may occur.
- Reach out to your bank for further assistance.
