These Terms & Conditions (“Terms” or “Agreement”) apply to the website located at www.house-of-man.shop and any other affiliated platforms, sites, or services that direct the user to these Terms (collectively, the “Site”). Throughout the Site, the terms “House of Man”, “we”, and “us” refer to Wellness Natural International LLC.
Your use of the Site constitutes your agreement to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to them, you should discontinue access to the Site. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Please check back periodically for updates.
IMPORTANT: THESE TERMS CONTAIN A MANDATORY ARBITRATION CLAUSE (SECTION 17) REQUIRING DISPUTES TO BE SETTLED INDIVIDUALLY AND NOT VIA CLASS ACTION OR JURY TRIAL.

17.0 Arbitration Agreement
Dispute Resolution:
Any dispute or claim related to these Terms or your use of House of Man products will be resolved by binding individual arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), not in court.
Exceptions:
You may bring claims in small claims court or seek temporary injunctive relief.
Class Action Waiver:
You agree to resolve disputes only on an individual basis, and not as part of a class, collective, or representative action.
Process:
Either party may initiate arbitration. Hearings may be held by phone or video unless in-person is required. Costs will be borne by the losing party unless otherwise ordered.

Enforceability:
If any part of the Arbitration Agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining Terms shall still apply.
18.0 Termination
This Agreement remains in effect until terminated by either party. We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Site at our discretion without notice if you violate any of these Terms.
